As part of the «North Amazon Bioenterprise» project, during the week of December 13th to 17th, 2021, the «Workshop on the Production of Products Based on Native Fish Species of the Amazon; Neapia and Yuca» was held. It was aimed at representatives from communities such as Sinangoe, San Pablo, Limoncocha, Waiya, and Seguaya, among others.
On Friday, December 17th, 2021, a tasting event was held where the products prepared by the participants were shared. The tasting took place at the Cuchara Brava Restaurant, located at Km 4 on the road to Quito.
